Development


New Construction / A newly constructed facility requires extensive planning and a 24-36 months’ timetable for delivery. We understand that the NYC Department of Buildings can pose a challenge for approvals. A charter school will need temporary space while awaiting the permanent new building. Our facility team has an inventory of temporary locations in the event the Department of Education is not able to accommodate the charter school.

Renovation / Retro-fitting an existing building into a school facility generally takes less time to deliver than ground-up construction. We can connect you with an expert design team that has the talent to turn an existing building into a spectacular school facility.

Upgrade / There are many closed or underutilized religious school buildings throughout the New York City communities. We can help  outfit these lovely older buildings with electrical and mechanical upgrades and proper cosmetic work. The turn-around time to deliver the improved building may be just a few weeks or several months.
